Committees
Global Health: WUHOW
The AMSA Global Health
(AGH) Council is a committee of AMSA dedicated to global health. It is
comprised of global health reps from each medical school in Australia who meet
twice per year to network, and coordinate national projects such as Red Party,
Crossing Borders and Access to Essential Medicines. Our framework is the UN
Millennium Development Goals and we run campaigns for those causes. Wollongong
University Health Over Wealth (WUHOW) is our university's global health group,
and we represent students interested in this field at annual meetings. There
are many other projects run by the AGH, which you can check out right here and subscribe to our
newsletter Vector. You can also like our Facebook group!
Alternatively, email
the Wollongong Global Health Rep Hatef Mottaghi (hatef.mottaghi@gmail.com) for more information.
