Community Projects Movember 2012 (2).jpg

AMSA has created it’s very own Movember network, which means that you can pit your hirsuite (h)abilities against one another, to dermine once and for all which MedSoc has the hottest handlebars. But don’t let all this Type-A personality competitiveness blind you from the cause behind Movember – raising money for Men’s Health. Even if you’re more Justin Beiber than Merv Hughes, you can still get behind this great cause! Check it out here

AMSA National Charity Drive (Community Cup)

The National Charity Drive (NCD) is an initiative that started in 2007, and encourages medical students to be involved in community based activities across Australia. The AMSA Community Cup will be awarded to the medical society deemed by AMSA Council to have conducted the most innovative and successful charity event in the previous 12 months. This is voted upon at Second Council.
