Considering AMSA Convention in 2013?
Be a part of the ‘Run for a Reason’ team at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon the weekend before convention begins! You DO NOT have to be a great runner NOR HAVE TO RUN A MARATHON to be involved, with distances including 5km, 10km, 21km (half marathon) and 42km (full marathon) over the weekend of Saturday 6 - Sunday 7th July 2013.
If you are going to Convention in 2013, there is every reason to get involved:

·-- Meet the fittest people of Convention 2013 from Woolongong and other Universities, and begin friendships that will lead you into the coming weeks festivities!
·-- Be a part of a national charity drive to raise money and support the establishment of a community program improving the delivery of healthcare to an Australian indigenous community
·-- Get in shape for Convention!
--· Enjoy a few more days on the Gold Coast
--· Cross a [half]marathon off your bucket list!
--· Run as part of a team in which nearly 200 medical students across Australia have expressed interest

Training programs will be offered for all distances including a full 18-week training program starting on Monday 4th March for those doing the full marathon - so you still have over a month to get some extra training in!
